🚴 Tour Reservations & Experiences

✅ Cancellations by Customers

  • 100% refund for cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour start time.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the tour.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour, or in case of no-show.

To cancel, email us with your full name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.

🔁 Date Changes

We’ll gladly help you reschedule your experience based on availability. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

🌧 Cancellations by ExploreBacalar

In rare cases where we must cancel a tour (e.g. unsafe weather, logistical issues, or force majeure), you will be offered:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • The option to reschedule your experience.

Your safety is always our priority.

👥 Group Bookings

For groups of 4 or more participants, the following policy applies:

  • 100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled activity.

  • 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 3 days before the tour.

  • No refund if cancelled less than 72 hours before the tour.

For large groups, we also offer personalized itineraries. Please contact us in advance for adjustments or special needs.

  • Digital products or downloadable content (if any)

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Services already rendered or partially completed
